Is not HR an adventure?  From my perspective HR is special in so many ways, we have to be planners, visionaries, strategists, etc.

I have the ability to consult, advise, design and manage processes and programs to contribute to human development.

As an HR professional, I have the skill to help others and go where others may be afraid to go.
